As Director of Marketing, Jennifer Matthews manages all physical and digital outreach across a variety of platforms and mediums at AAL. She is a Hubspot-certified professional with expertise including email and social media marketing, digital and content marketing, branding and strategy, website development, and digital advertising.
Originally from Boston, Ms. Matthews holds a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT. Upon attaining her degree, she began her career at Barclays Capital, and later transitioned to the marketing industry, going on to manage major campaigns for companies like Harvard University, Voya Financial, and Georgia Tech Scheller Business School. As a lifelong learner, Ms. Matthews is passionate about education and has won numerous awards for her work in philanthropy. She is a Founding Social Change Fellow at Power Launch, an innovative social entrepreneurship incubator, a former delegate of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce program City Awake, and a former coauthor in the FIPP Innovations in Magazine Media World Report.
In her spare time, Ms. Matthews enjoys cooking, singing, blogging, and helping women artists and creatives develop personal brands.
