Program Overview

The ExcEL program offers a unique approach to hands-on development and mentorship for women so that current, new, and aspiring leaders can achieve insights into their management and interpersonal styles.

Individually tailored to build upon one competency at a time, this onsite curriculum is a three-day, competency-based developmental and leadership program that addresses topics critical to the personal and professional growth of a high-impact leader. Those who complete the program will receive an AAL ExcEL Certificate.

Beginning October 26, tuition is $1,195. Tuition includes all program materials, welcome keynote dinner, breakfast and lunch during the program.
