Scholarship Opportunities

The Academy for Advancing Leadership (AAL) is working with numerous associations in different professions to secure scholarship opportunities, and AAL offers its own scholarships.

The Institute for Teaching in Learning (ITL)

Since 2005, More than 1,000 educators and practitioners worldwide have successfully completed the ITL program. To date, over 650 tuition scholarships have been provided for individuals to participate in the ITL. Scholarships to the ITL are offered by the following:

• American Association of Orthodontists – Deadline: February 28, 2026
• American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Leadership in Education and Administration Program (LEAP) – Deadline: February 2, 2026
• ADA Council on Dental Education and Licensure (CDEL) Scholarship – Deadline: March 20, 2026
• American Academy of Periodontology Foundation – Deadline: April 30, 2026
• AAE Foundation for Endodontics Endodontic Educator Fellowship Award Application – Deadline: May 15, 2026
