The Chairs and Academic Administrators Management Program, or CAAMP, helps administrators engage in dialogue to foster interprofessionalism while developing action plans to utilize at their home institutions. New, current, and aspiring administrators will develop skills necessary to lead and manage administrative and academic units effectively.
The practical, interactive experience is devoted to developing the core leadership and management competencies required for every administrative level, from department chair to dean. The onsite, three-day program utilizes group discussions, case studies, role-playing, interactive exercises, and presentations to support the professional and personal growth of these administrators. Those who complete the program will receive an AAL CAAMP Certificate.
DURING THE COURSE, INDIVIDUALS WILL RECEIVE:

- Optional continuing education credits for a variety of disciplines
- Breakfast and lunch on all program days
