Once registered through the Academy for Academic Leadership, Inc. ('AAL') website and within 30 days of receiving acceptance into the Program, the participant must 1) pay to AAL the tuition fee for the program or 2) agree to the payment plan AAL has authorized. Failure to submit the tuition or, if applicable, agree to the payment plan, by the deadline will result in the loss of position in the Program. After the start of any online Program, withdrawal for any reason will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the tuition if AAL is notified within two weeks of the start of the online Program; if AAL is notified after the start of the online Program, no refund will be given. Withdrawal from any onsite Program for any reason two weeks or less before the start of the onsite Program will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the tuition; after the start of any onsite Program, withdrawal from the onsite Program for any reason will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the tuition. The conduct of any online or onsite Program is contingent upon factors not controlled by AAL. Should the Program be cancelled for any reason, the participant will receive a full refund of any tuition paid to AAL. AAL is not responsible for other costs incurred as a participant in the Program. For Product sales, if the purchaser is not completely satisfied with the Product, the purchaser may return the Product to AAL and receive a full refund upon AAL's receipt of the Product in re-sellable condition.
